Tell Us About Your Event
Start by sharing your date, venue, estimated number and ages of children, and a few details about your celebration.
Receive Your Childcare Plan
We review your event and recommend the appropriate Kids' Club package, staffing, and any additional services you may need.
Reserve Your Date
Once you're ready to move forward, your booking is confirmed with your service agreement and required deposit.
Families Register Their Little Guests
Parents securely provide the information we need for each child, including emergency contacts, allergies, important care information, and authorized pickup details.
We Plan & Prepare
Before your event, Haven finalizes staffing, activities, supplies, and the Kids' Club setup around your venue, schedule, and registered children.
We Bring Haven to You
On event day, our team arrives, sets up the Kids' Club, welcomes your little guests, and provides professional childcare while parents enjoy the celebration nearby.
